# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The cottage cheese creates an incredibly tender texture while packing in 10 grams of protein per serving
  • You can assemble it the night before and wake up to a homemade breakfast without any morning effort
02 -
  • The center might look slightly jiggly when you first pull it out but it will firm up as it cools
  • Frozen blueberries do not need to be thawed first and actually hold their shape better during baking
03 -
  • Let the baked dish cool completely before covering and refrigerating to prevent condensation from making the top soggy
  • Individual slices reheat beautifully in the microwave for about 45 seconds
